The Veterans One-stop Center offers a comprehensive portfolio of supportive services designed to meet the needs of Veterans and their families through on-site providers, referral to outside resources, and Veteran-to-Veteran mentoring services that offer social events and recreational opportunities.

We connect with Veterans to educate them about resources and opportunities available to them. We advocate for them in accessing these resources and promote changes to policies and systems. We collaborate with other organizations and agencies to make these resources available to all Veterans and their families.

Case management services are the heart of the Veterans One-stop’s ability to offer each and every client an individualized and holistic path to the services they need. Case managers make case assessments, work with clients to develop personalized plans, and then follow through to meet goals. Case managers monitor levels of accomplishment and work with the client to adjust plans along the way as circumstances change. They connect Veterans and their families to the appropriate services, resources, and programs.
